The Ombudsperson deals with the concerns of members, volunteers and wider community members that cannot be otherwise resolved by the Board or other representatives of the organization, or concerns that directly deal with the conduct of a representative of the organization. Representatives of Regenesis may refer issues directly to the attention of our Ombudsperson. Our Ombudsperson conducts impartial investigations into referred matters and any administrative practices of the Board or its representatives. The Ombudsperson does not represent complainants or defend the Board or representatives of the organization.
